· Define whether flat/unit is occupied by Member or tenant
· Input the info about the Tenant member
· Scan & upload L&L Agreement
· Member will be charged Non occupancy Charges as per the Agreement period
· Non occupancy charges can be charged datewise, or monthwise, in advance for the entire period or in monthly bills.
· System will alert the Member/tenant/society on expiration of agreement period
· Maintain all the family members data of the tenant who are staying in the flat
· Tenants can be grouped for any sms / email communications .
