·         Define Society policy for maintenance bills

o   Based on building  + wing + premises types

o   Or the user can create their own groups for defining the rates.

§  The rates then can be

·         Fixed,

·         Rate per sqft.

·         No of Taps

·         Listing for each premises.

·         Define Parking policy whether is based on allotment or number of vehicles

·         Define Interest, Rebate, Penalty policies

·         Manage Service Tax on the bills , if applicable.

·         Customized Billing Footnote to each individual member.

·         Members can access their ledgers [ and take prints of bills, receipts , credit notes, debit notes etc. ] by log in to Society123.com

·        Members can intimate payment to the admin, incorporating cheque details, to eliminate possible wrong postings by the admin.

·        Members can pay a single cheque to multiple premises , which will reflect so in the books of accounts.

·        Members can choose the amounts they pay against each bill and the payments are adjusted accordingly. IN the absence of such a selection, the payments are used to clear the bills on first in first out basis.

·        Members  can post  discrepancies , if any to the admin and follow up till resolved.
